Before you connect.

Is Aegis Cloud available everywhere?

No. Availability is controlled by market and applicable law. Mainland China commercial sales remain disabled until the required licensing and legal review are complete.

Do you keep browsing history?

No. The service design retains account, purchase, operational status, and aggregate byte counts needed for service and billing—not destinations, DNS queries, browsing history, or traffic content.

How do subscriptions reach my device?

Open Account and choose your active subscription to copy its private URL or display its QR code. Import it into your client using the setup guide.

Is XrayAegis part of this service?

No. XrayAegis is an independent bring-your-own-tunnel client tool. Aegis Cloud plans are purchased and managed on this website and may be used with compatible clients.

Find your subscription
Sign in, open Account and choose your active subscription. Use Copy subscription link on the same device, or display its QR code for another device.

Scan or paste, then Import
Open Profiles → + / Import. Paste your subscription URL and choose Import, or choose Scan QR code on a phone or tablet and scan the code from your account.

Select and connect
Select a server, tap Connect and allow the operating system's VPN permission.

Choose your device.

Install the app, import your subscription, then select a server and connect.

iPhone & iPad

Install XrayAegis from the App Store. Requires iOS or iPadOS 15 or later.

Open Account in your browser and copy your subscription link.
In XrayAegis, open Profiles → + / Import, paste the link, then choose Import. Use Scan QR code when the code is on another screen.
Select a server, tap Connect and approve the system VPN permission. Return to the app to disconnect.

Android

Open the v1.0.0 stable downloads and select the standard universal APK.

Open the downloaded APK and follow Android’s installation prompt. A standard installation does not require root.
Open Profiles → + / Import. Paste your subscription link or scan its QR code, then choose Import.
Select a server, tap Connect and approve Android’s VPN request. Check connection status in the app.

Windows

Choose the Windows x64 Setup installer from the v1.0.0 stable release. Match the package to your PC and review its release notes.

Run Setup and complete the Windows installation and administrator prompts.
Open XrayAegis. In Profiles → + / Import, paste the link from Account and choose Import.
Select a server and choose Connect. Use Disconnect in the app before changing an active connection.

macOS

Download XrayAegis for Mac for Apple Silicon or Intel. See the version 1.1.2 Mac prerelease notes.

Open the DMG, drag XrayAegis to Applications and launch it from there.
Approve the system extension and VPN permissions when macOS asks. If prompted, open System Settings and allow XrayAegis’s network extension, then return to the app.
Copy your subscription link from Account. In XrayAegis, open Profiles → + / Import, paste the link and choose Import.
Select a server and choose Connect. Use Disconnect in the app to end the connection.

App Store alternative for Apple Silicon: the iPhone/iPad edition of XrayAegis requires macOS 12 or later and an M1 or newer chip. Import your subscription and approve the VPN permission to connect.

Linux

For Ubuntu/Debian on x86-64, choose the Linux amd64 desktop DEB from the v1.0.0 stable downloads.

Open the DEB in your software installer and complete its package-installation prompt.
Launch XrayAegis, open Profiles → + / Import, paste your subscription link and choose Import.
Select a server, choose Connect and approve the system authorization prompt when shown.

Ubuntu Server: choose the Terminal amd64 DEB, install it with your package manager, then run xrayaegis to open the text interface. Follow the package’s release instructions for your Ubuntu version.

Find your way around.

Account: View your subscription status, billing period, subscription link and QR code. Use Check setup status to refresh this page.
Profiles: Your client stores imported servers here. Refresh the subscription to retrieve updated routes; avoid importing a duplicate every time.
Connection: Select a server, connect, then open a website to check the connection. Try another available server if your current network cannot reach it.
Billing: Review your billing period and available billing actions in Account. For a receipt or billing question, contact support from the same account email.

If you need a hand

Sign-in: use the code from the email matching your current sign-in request. Codes expire after 10 minutes.
No servers after import: copy the complete subscription URL, confirm you selected subscription import, then refresh the server list.
Connection won’t start: confirm the app has VPN permission, check your internet connection and refresh your subscription. Follow any error shown by your operating system.
Contact support: include your platform, app version, server name, approximate time and error text. Keep subscription links, QR codes and sign-in codes out of the message.

Treat the subscription URL like a password.

Anyone with the full URL may be able to use your service. Do not post it publicly or include it in screenshots.

Using another Xray client

You can also import your VLESS subscription into a compatible Xray client. Use the client’s subscription URL import, then refresh the server list.

v2rayN: Windows, Linux and macOS, including Intel and Apple Silicon builds.
v2rayNG: Android.

Copy your subscription link, add it as a subscription URL in the client, update the subscription and select a server. Confirm that the client version supports the supplied transport, TLS or REALITY settings and flow. A raw VLESS subscription is not automatically a Clash YAML configuration.
